POLLY TURNER HENDRIX
OXFORD – Polly Turner Hendrix, of Oxford, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 at her residence. Born in Johnston County, Ms. Hendrix was the daughter of the late William Turner and Nellie Turner.
Ms. Hendrix is survived by one daughter, Vickie Adkins, of Oxford; one son, Thomas Ricky Turner and wife Barbara; and one brother, David Turner.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens on Tuesday at 11 a.m. No visitation is scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford, 600 College St., Oxford, NC 27565.
