Obituary for Bradley Scott Dunagin

DURHAM: Bradley Scott Dunagin, 29, passed away unexpectedly May 24, 2017. He was born and raised in Durham, beloved son of Calvin Dale Dunagin and Carlotta Finley Dunagin.

In addition to his parents, Bradley is survived by his brothers, Brian Dunagin (Eleni Terzis), twin brother Joe Dunagin (Candace); nephew, Ivan Dunagin; and grandmother, Barbara Finley. He will be dearly missed by his dog, Duce Man.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Delma and Pauline Dunagin and Harold (Buck) Finley, Sr.

Brad had a love for sports. His favorite teams were UNC Tarheels and the Pittsburgh Steelers, along with NASCAR racing. He also had a special love for animals.

Brad was employeed at Duke University Transportation as a Transportation Specialist. He had a compassion for helping others (especially the elderly) and that was demonstrated through his work. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Monday, May 29th at Clements Funeral Home in Durham.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, May 30th at Clements Funeral Chapel in Durham with Rev. Jeff McCarthy officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to a charity of your choice.
