We could not ask for a more professional and caring working relationship. We had the complicating factor of needing to move my mom from Charlotte to Durham after she passed away. I wanted to take a moment to thank Frank for all his assistance. At the worst time in my entire life, he helped me in ways I can never express. The loss of my husband was sudden, unexpected, awful. We live out of state, but NC was his home. I was able to rely on Frank to take care of all arrangements and help me with very difficult decisions. Frank and the entire staff at Clements- Dennis, Mike, Taylor, Tiffany, Michelle, and Mitzi are such caring people. They listened to me cry, vent, and let me use words like “concert” instead of funeral, “ride” instead of casket, and “tour bus” rather than hearse. Everyone I spoke with was very careful not to use the words I could not bring myself to say. Their kindness, empathy, and integrity helped me to start the grieving process without completely breaking down. They were at ground zero during my own personal tragedy. They went above and beyond to help my adult children as well, as they saw their dad for the first time. Again, I just want to thank Frank and Clement’s staff for all they did for me, my children, and my grandchildren…and especially my husband. They treated him with respect, as the person he is. They made me feel that he was as important to them as he is to our family.

I wanted to thank Erin Clements and all of the staff that help my mom, brothers, and me to put my stepdad, Dr. David Rosin, to his finally resting place. We had his life celebration in the big room which the staff was so kind to help us set up and take down. Their calm direction helped all of us move through the ceremony. I want to Thank You Clement Funeral Home for all that Erin Clements and the rest of the staff did for My family and I.You never know how to get through the hard times that comes when your Dad, Brother and Son pass away, but Clements made it a little easier to walk through all the steps.Clements is there to help the family so much that they even held the service from starting on time so we could run to the store to grab a battery for my grandmothers hearing aid.Thank You and Good Bless You. I wanted to post a most gracious Thank You to Clements Funeral Home , Erin Clements and the staff that assisted in my Mom, Geneva Smith's funeral. My two sisters, niece and myself met with Erin Clements on January 15th. We all immediately felt the concern and care from Erin and the staff that were working with her/us. Not only were they professional, they showed kindness and took the time we needed to make sure everything was completed and in order. Erin made us feel very comfortable and at ease during our process. We included a Balloon Release at the grave site, which to my surprise, the balloons had lost most of the helium. Erin offered to have one of their staff to go buy 23 more balloons before the service. Don't know if any other would have done that for us. She knew how much I wanted this to take place. The staff at Clements are truly and genuinely caring people. We want to Thank You again for all you did for our family. May God bless you.

I am writing this in regards to my brother, James A. King. Myself and the rest of the family would like to thank Erin Clements for her caring, kindness and generosity during this most difficult time. We truly believe that sometimes in our darkest hours and in our greatest times of need God sends angels here on earth to take care of us. Erin, you were our angel on that morning when we had just lost our beloved son, brother and best friend. What you did for us is forever in our hearts. We will never forget you and your kindness.
