As soon as possible, after the death of a loved one, an arrangement conference is scheduled with a family. It is at this arrangement conference that your funeral director will begin the process of completing the "Notification of Death", the "Death Certificate" and the "Social Security Notification". He or she will also get additional information to assist your family in composing the obituary and getting that obituary to the desired newspaper. Selection of the burial or cremation merchandise will be done at this time. Your funeral director will then begin the process of notifying the people who will be participating in the funeral or memorial service(s).
It is strongly recommended that you make pre- arrangements, so you can start thinking about services that you would want and give us the information that we would need. When the time does come, it will make it easier on your family.
Your family can hold funeral services in your church, in our beautiful state of the art funeral chapel or at the graveside. Traditional services include cemetery burial, usually with a committal service. We offer a wide selection of caskets and burial vaults for those who desire this type of service. A visitation with family and friends is usually done the evening before or prior to the service.
Clements offers a variety of Cremation Services and merchandise. These include not only simple cremations, but also the ability to have a viewing and or a visitation before or after a Funeral Service. We could have a memorial service at a later date after your loved one has been cremated. We have a large selection of urns and cremation caskets for you to choose from, ranging from simple to extremely elegant. We also have jewelry that you can put a small amount of cremains in.
Our Funeral Directors can assist families in making special arrangements for veterans of the United States Military. We assist families in requesting Military Honors, securing burial in a National or State Veteranís Cemetery, procuring a United States Flag to drape on the casket, and applying for Burial Benefits. A Military Discharge or Form DD-214 is required to request these services.
